Feeling great this morning on very little sleep.
I'm in a ketosis state. and did a 1 meal day in my IF 24hr fast & 4hr eating window. it didn't take that long to eat.
I'm going to cook a couple thick cut hickory smoked bacon slices to make a 2 egg omelette With red onions, fresh cooked mushroom, and extra sharp white cheddar for breakfast.

172.6 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
