1408 kcal Fat: 53.36g | Prot: 110.07g | Carb: 116.74g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Farmers Union Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt,  Egg White, Australia's Own Organic Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Lowan Whole Foods Rolled Oats. Lunch:  Beetroot, Heinz Tomato Ketchup,  Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese, Coles Thin Rice Cakes. Dinner:  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken,  Broccoli,  Cauliflower,  Pumpkin. Snacks/Other: Arnott's BBQ Shapes,  Protein jello salad. more...
