It’s just been 2 days since I last weighed myself
This week I’ve managed to do 2500 skipping rope jumps each morning and Only eat one light meal a day(OMAD) .
I also drink a glass of water with a bottle top full of apple cider vinegar before morning workout. I’m happy with my progress . Can’t wait to get into the 70s !!!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.7 lb a week
