WATER FAST made me realize something very funny.I’m now getting the same satisfaction of eating from preparing a pretty meal for my brother.Smelling the spices and being visually pleased makes me feel like I actually ate!! 😂

WATER FAST REALLY DOING ITS THING !
Lost 3,5 kgs in the past 6 days and I’m not even sure I’m in full ketosis as yet . I’m really happy about this drop .

I could blame it on the lockdown like most do but I completely blame myself for letting myself go . But blame alone won’t solve it , I gotta work !

Because I’m on a 31 DAY WATER FAST , I really can’t enjoy this meal but I thought I should share this lunch I made for my brother who is also on the getting fit train .
