September 8, Monday, Leaving out bread, candy(dark chocolate) extra nuts (beyond 8) and extra soy milk, (more than one cup) I weight 160 today. Goal for Sept is 159 and I might beat it. Mostly meat and a few green veggies leaves me comfortable and apparently with no bloat.

A secret t of keto might be that rich steak is so satisfying that 600 calories does seems enough. Maybe the calorie counters are not right--Although the steak is fairly lean petite sirloin. If it's right, this is the week that might see a big weight drop. One thing about plateau months is that actual fat loss is going on that we don't realize. I lost from 167 to 163 in July, 4 lbs. , from 163 to 161 in August, 2 lbs. Now in Sept from 161 to 160 in first week. Blood sugar is good, actually of first consideration, and blood pressure also. Pushing blood through 29 lbs of extra fat (189-160) must have taken considerable force.

Maybe this month I will see 156 lbs? October 151, November 147, December 143. Whew. Too hard to think of --and unlikely. Although a lb a week is not generally considered unhealthy.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
