I got married in mid October and had stopped going to the gym a few weeks before hand (just too busy!) then was lazy afterwards and didn't go back to the gym. Not to mention the fact that my eating habits went down the drain....
Surprisingly enough, I went back to the gym this morning for my first time and I've essentially, somehow, maintained the same weight! I have no idea how that happened and was sure I'd put on at least 5lbs, but I didn't... So, yay for me!! :)
