Ok so I had to weigh in after the holidays and a trip to Vegas; I actually was expecting more of a gain. Im actually a lil tickeled!

I am going to document everything that I eat and now that i have a phone that is computer frindly I can log as I eat. Maybe I can start to plan my food. Im excited!

The portion plate is helping. Now i just have to ditch all the bad food in the house and pitch the candy.

I told everyone at my work that I am on a food strike. I think it helped to voice that out loud. (im only ditching fried and processed foods) I actually feel a lil' better already!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
