At last 3 days into IF and we have movement. Had a bit of a stall the last few days so very glad for the 0.7kg loss😋. I don't know how everyone else does IF but I am strugglimg to fit in the keto meal plan in the eating window. Most times I am not even hungry to the point that I sometimes feel nauseas thinking about eating.🤷 Hope fully this too shall pass as they say😉

I do my IF with Keto I eat at 10am and then at 1pm and a snack @ 3pm then I only eat the next morning @ 10am, I also dont feel hungry sometimes....

its hard to fit in the calories in a small window. I just add more butter or eat some nuts to get the calories up and it helps with the food. I do 20:4 and just cant eat enough calories without feeling nauseous. im afraid of having my metabolism dropping because my body thinks I'm in starvation mode.

@naheema78 that is what I am scared of. Don't want to eat below my BMR cause that triggers starvation mode. Lol although I could probably live off my fat for quite some time still😜 I feel hungry but as soon as the food hits the plate - I cannot eat . I have tried making portions smaller. Mostly suppers - think will increase calories during tje day then and give ' supper' a miss.
