Buckwheat and kefir(plain yogurt) diet again.🙂 7 more days I’ll keep on this diet and expect to lose about 7-10 lbs. 💃🏻 Besides diet, I’ll keep doing Chloe Ting challenge for the following week (today is the 14th day of this challenge, have noticed some abs changes).💪🏻 After this diet I’m going to start detox diet for 3 days only and expect to lose 2.2 lbs (1kilo).🍏🍋🍓🥭🥝🥬🍹Then will follow an egg diet for 2 weeks to not break off due to I was on a mono diet.🥗🥚Then, little by little will add food that I used to eat but the limitation will be accompanied. Current weight 109,2lbs (49,5 kilos) goal 97lbs (43,9 kilos)🌿
109.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
