This is the first week in a long while that I haven't cheated. Hope to be able to keep it up! I am having some strong cravings, though!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 60.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to keep your sugar intake down,(grain/bread) it helps a lot with the cravings. If you must succumb to the carb craving, opt for fruit, that also helps. Try to stay away from processed foods, go for protein. Because, if you have a succession of cravings, you'll eventually cave in. And then, a lot of us say 'what the heck, let's go for broke' instead of getting back on the horse. (I know that use to be my problem, I'd get discouraged at not being perfect on my diet. Now I know that dieting is full of ups and downs.) So it's important to manage the cravings. Just food for thought! ;) best of luck.
