I was so hungry this morning I bought 2 Wawa sizzlis. I got home with my little prizes but got on the scale first. I sighed wrapped the sandwiches and put them in the freezer. I was not terribly unhappy with the scale because I need a major whoosh(3 days now). Yuck! It was definitely a battle of will this morning & I think I won😁 Have a healthy day🌟
217.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually wound up eating only the inside of one over the weekend. The animals enjoyed all that bread😁
