I'm sorry you are feeling down. You don't have much weight to lose so it can be harder to get off. Get plenty of protein and high fiber. Watch your sodium and processed food intake. Drink water to flush out sodium and keep things moving. Track all your food honestly (those bites, licks and tastes can kill a diet, especially when you don't have much to lose). Be active! Activity will burn calories, keep your heart healthy, help with stress and some light depression. Bob Harper has a book out that jump starts weight loss. You could check it out on amazon (its a 3 week jump start). You can do this! Your already gorgeous!!!
