It's been easy jumping back on the bandwagon this time mostly because Alex is dieting with me. I am encouraging him and trying to set a good example and so far so good. I have been having some headaches but that could be hormonal changes. A lot is going on right now with trying to make the decision on whether not to place Nonnie in an assisted living facility. So that has been hard. Allie and Amber are visiting from Chicago but I'm still able to be careful about what I eat.
