took a "week off" for thanksgiving and birthday celebrations. It was fun, but my stomach and weight were unforgiving. i had planned to take a week off for xmas. we shall see. for now, i am on a slimfast diet until my stomach calms a little more. seriously, i am not able to eat like that long term. feels good knowing that. makes me feel like when i am done dieting, i might actually be able to maintain the weight loss.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
