was very unmotivated during covid time. eating behavior was up and down. drinking alcohol was up and down, especially taking bonafide vacation time. and exercise was bare minimum - just a maintenance program really. so whatever..........past few weeks I have added Jumping Rope into my exercise for cardio. weight has been steady, but 7 pounds over goal. gonna try tracking food again and see if that helps my behavior and choices. ugh......
