Yahoo! Did some stock taking to see what I was doing wrong with this keto/ LCHF eating plan and within 2 days of upgrading the eating plan and putting more effort into it - I have success again. The plateau started moving again! Feeling a little more motivated now to push through. Gotta do this! ❤ Thanks for all the support team! You guys all rock!
