New year, new day, new me. I'm going to keep telling myself this. I have to start again somewhere and this is it. I have a lot of goals but little ones first. My first goal is to exercise everyday this week. My other goal for now is to be under 200 pounds by the 1st of March.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
