I have lost control since the birthday on the 19th...I think I have gained back everything I had lost. I just didn't want to record an increase so I didn't weigh myself. I am happy to see that I am right back on track. We have another birthday in the family on Friday but I am wiser now. I am not going to fall for this one. The journey continues 💪🏽
