Took Lasix and Potassium
193.2 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know! Ugh I try so hard, but nothing I can do really. I just have to try harder. Thanks for your support! I have SLE Lupus and 6 other autoimmune disorders. It’s my life. 💜🤗
