LJS for dinner, DAMN! I kept being woken by pain, BUT thanks to the Tramadol, I was able to return to sleep each time. Weird dreams and mouth breathing, but still sleep. I'll take it.

Now to train myself to stop making stupid choices for dinner. I realize that fried junk food isn't recognized as detrimental to joint pain, but in my case I've done this enough to know it is a contributing factor.

It doesn't help us. But gets your mind off the pain for a few. Lol glad the new med is working for you. Not being aslep to sleep is rough and wears you down and it also makes you think the pain is worse when you dont sleep. Not sure why though

Could Wheat be the culprit? Wheat has an element in it that is inflammatory and some fried foods have breadcrumbs plus processed foods often use wheat as fillers. I am trying to be grain free. -Grain free because other grains also have elements in them that are inflammatory. I hope that over time I see improvement in joints, head and gut.
