Well, back from holiday, and if you forget the -4lb in a day loss last Saturday (lego under the wii) which I've now deleted, then I put on half a pound. Which isn't bad considering I stuffed myself. Right then. A good diet week is now needed...
180.1 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
