143.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1932 kcal Fat: 86.10g | Prot: 82.37g | Carb: 221.88g.   Breakfast: Great Value Sliced Cheese 2%,  Deli Sliced Ham, Cotton Patch Cafe Cream Gravy, Mission Street Tacos Flour Tortillas,  Bacon,  Texas Toast, Trader Joe's Brown Cage Free Eggs (Large), Now Foods Psyllium Husk Powder, Smucker's Butterscotch Sundae Syrup, Great Value Whole Milk,  Coffee. Lunch: Hostess Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cakes, Fit2Go Chickpea Salad,  Pork Loin (Tenderloin) ,  Sweet Potato, Stop & Shop Baby Carrots, Aroy-D Coconut Milk,  Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled),  Sweet Onions. Dinner: Now Foods Psyllium Husk Powder, Signature Select Four Cheese Lasagna with Meat Sauce. Snacks/Other: Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter, Casey's Bacon Breakfast Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts Chocolate Frosted Donut. more...
