doing 310 shakes for lunch and eating a low carb dinner. trying to limit carbs to 50 a day. but even if i can do 3 days low carb then have one or two cheat days - it seems to be working.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week
