Called Dr.'s office and left message. I know he said to call him after 2 weeks on Lyrica, but seriously the x-rays were taken on Monday! Don't you think I should have heard something by now? Whatever...

Night 11: 9:55 pill - Lemongrass Oil in diffuser, Voltaren Gel on both knees, White Flower Ointment (bless you little sister) on low back and both hips, CVS Muscle Balm on Calves, R ankle, and TOES, Stress-fix Oil on Chest, Neck & Face, Stress-fix Lotion on arms, Thieves spray on Linens.

12:40 bed - L pelvis, L groin area, L knee, L toes, HIPS
2 a.m. - OH DEAR GOD!!! Tried some stretches, but too painful.
5:30 - I can barely stand, but did manage to sleep in fits between tossing & turning.
7:25 - 8 - snooze alarm and tossing/turning, ENOUGH!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
