I'm off herbalife now. My diet is strictly high protein, Zero Carbs, and minimal sugars. I mostly eat: Eggs, Tuna, Sardines, Chicken (baked, grilled and Jeredk) Vegetables, Herbs and Spices, Fish, Shrimp, Lobster. NO Rice, NO Bread not even wheat, NO Cheese. Its working well for me. I'm now in the maintenance phase of my weight loss programme. Plus I work out daily and drink lots of protein shakes and protein bars. So some carbs and sugars will creep in there :(
