Pms water weight. Nuff said. lol. I am having trouble trying to get up to 2000 calories a day. This page sais I should have 2300, is that right? I have limited how much and what I eat for so long, that it seems hard to try to do 2000. I have been shooting for 1200 cal a day for years now. To no avail. lol.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
