Still having trouble meeting the calorie intake this site sais I need. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning when I wake up. Have to use my Wii fit to weigh myself.

Pms water weight. Nuff said. lol. I am having trouble trying to get up to 2000 calories a day. This page sais I should have 2300, is that right? I have limited how much and what I eat for so long, that it seems hard to try to do 2000. I have been shooting for 1200 cal a day for years now. To no avail. lol.

weighed in at my dads on his scale 2 days ago and it said 260, but I've been keeping track of my weight mostly on the Wii fit plus. It said in the last 60 days I've lost 10.1 lbs. I am actually 251.5. So I guess the colon cleanse did better than I thought. Doing the probiotics now, but afraid to eat cause it all comes out pretty fast, lol. gonna take it slow today.

I've been doing a slimquick colon cleanse the last week and havnt eaten much. Been really sleepy. But I tried to at least have a soy protein shake with 16 oz of skim milk, dumped some yogart in it, and for lunch added some naked juice to the mix. So I was getting some good protein and carbs and vitamins. 1 full meal a day.Still all coming out the other end though. I start the probiotics today, and can start eating more regularly. MIght try the brown rice and fruit thing for a few days.
