Soooo happy I fought the cravings last night. I was a bit hungry before bed but I resisted and didn’t wake up hungry or get hungry earlier than usual, so I think last night’s “hunger” was really wanting, not needing something to munch on.
122.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
