So I may have ended up running today. Got up earlier and everything. Went to see a podiatrist and found out my legs were wonky, so hopefully after getting my new inset next week I can go back to higher training load 😁
163.6 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
