I didn’t have my cheat day this weekend. However, I did drink gin and ate pizza and some mochi ice cream past 9pm. It was all still under my RDI but I felt a lot of guilt for it. I seem to have still lost a little bit, but my mind is now steering towards negative self talk, like if I didn’t have that late night meal I would see more loss today.

I would even feel a little better if I did have my cheat day but stopped eating after 9pm. Gah, I’m in a bad headspace today.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
