UP a bit, but then I did just quit smoking, so 200g is not too bad.
141.1 lb
Lost so far:
13.4 lb

Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay to you for giving up smoking. well done and keep it up, you can always sort out your weight later but make sure you stick to no smoking. Make it your priority for your health. I'm just on 7 months since I stopped. Good luck x
