A bit of water weight with 109 degrees I drank a pools worth of water yesterday.

I did 2 hours of manual labor in the morning hours. Shoveling gravel, 25 wheel barrows full, and then cleared a side yard of weeds about a 20 x 25' section.

Yep, regular hard labor... even then, weight went up 2.5#'s? strange.

Off to night shift. 107 degrees and expected low of high 80's. If I don't sweat off the last 2 days... I'm binging on ice cream! lol
218.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
