I am going ahead and weighing in early this week.
My dad is still in the hospital and I have been so busy carrying my mom back and forth and visiting him myself that I really haven't had the time to do any of my challenges. I am truly just trying to function at this point.

I have surgery tomorrow so I will be basically fasting today and tomorrow so maybe I will see a good loss next week.

Send your prayers to my surgery and to my dad.

138.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 13.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Guys! My Surgery went well. I am trying to get back to moving around. I am running at about 50% right now. Hopefully over the next few days I can get completely back to normal. What is crazy is I didn't hardly eat anything for 3 days and yet I have gained a pound as of right now. CRAZY! At least I don't weigh in until Friday. My dad is doing better too, he moved out of ICU and into a room today! One step closer to home.
