Day 14 Dieting continues to be the easy part. Today I will begin working on my abs. 20 situps a day for next week. Then I will add 10 more each week will I am doing 100 per day. That is the amount I have done in the past to work on a flat stomach and firmer waistline.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
