After staying at the same weight for weeks, I knew I had to change something. Changed my rdi to 1500 and have been really good about not snacking late a t night. I'm so glad the scale finally budged again. Thanksgiving meal coming up Saturday. I'm not worried about it as I'm cooking everything and it will be just my little family.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
