I finally broke the plateau. Gotta keep moving. Broccoli and other water bearing veggies is the key. Plenty of water and fluids.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week
