The vagaries of snacking, even when on keto, and of salt and digestive process etc makes a lb difference. My goal is 162 by Sept 1. Not sure if that is possible now, but keeping one's eye on the prize can pay off.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
