Jamison's Chicken Flavored Soup Base,  Oatmeal. Lunch: Health Plus Colon Cleanse, Atkins Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie, Winding River Blueberries, Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (170g), Arby's Horsey Sauce, Kraft String Cheese with 2% Milk, Mt.
