Need tips on how to make oatmeal taste better without adding too many extra calories. Tuesday ran with a college track star and she eats oatmeal to
control her appetite and give her energy through long workout. Dilemma. I really don't like oatmeal. :-\
121.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can make smoothies with oatmeal - apple, cinnamon, yogurt, and oats make a good one. I add crushed ice to the blender, too.
