I would do a happy dance however I am losing the 13 pounds I gained to get back to where I had lost I will refain and give a simple...
245.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1415 kcal Fat: 46.38g | Prot: 135.77g | Carb: 113.77g.   Breakfast: Powdered Creamer, tomato, 2% Cheese, Coffee, red peppers, egg. Lunch: cool whip free, Lemon Gelatin, Broccoli Cuts, chicken, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Natural Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner: milk, chicken, Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli & Cheese Sauce. Snacks/Other: coffee, Diet Hot Chocolate, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Cheesecake Frozen Treat for One, Natural Cube Cheese 2% Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cubes, Lightly Salted Cashews Halves and Pieces, red peppers. more...
