No change, that’s a shame - thought I had done well this week - but at least it isn’t a gain
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

keeping steady is really hard don't knock a no change.

Sometimes the body needs time to re-act. Slows down, remains the same, then starts losing. Keep going and it will happen.
