I want it to be known that this is the first week that I have consistently worked out on my own and followed a healthy diet. I have already sure 2lbs this week. I as so stoked.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
