Had 4 cups watermelon, 1 grapefruit, handful blueberries, 2 Brazil nuts yesterday. I think that my rapid weight loss is from having, after my 1 meal a day, 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, as well as a extreme low cal. diet & exercise helps and I am taking vitamins & minerals and a combo of natural herbal type health supplements. Anyway all is good and good day & good luck to all. Cheers
189.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
