As noted previously - this is NOT a one day weight loss. The website just wouldn't let me go back to 7/10/2013 to record my original weight when I wanted to update my diet plan yesterday. This is a week's worth of weight loss, and, since it is week one, no "cheat day". We'll see how things progress in the next few weeks with a day off in the middle of each!
