hate 2020. 7 periods in 5 wks! tested positive for covid, anxiety, stress and depression. starting today I'm recommitting. I need to feel accountable, I do better using this app. since November I've gained 25 pounds. NO MORE! Will get back on track. I'm an anxiety eater. veggies r my friend. gym has been closed since march! side note we set up a pool, I have an exercise bike, and my garden. I WILL DO THIS!
275.3 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
