2066 kcal Fat: 62.87g | Prot: 114.79g | Carb: 280.87g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Brown Cage Free Eggs (Large), Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (170g),  Kiwi Fruit, Meijer Unsweetened Mango Chunks, Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, Se Grocers Sugar Free Syrup,  Better Than A Bar Protein Pancakes. Lunch: Nabisco Wheat Thins Crackers - Sundried Tomato & Basil, Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Market Pantry Cottage Cheese,  Tomatoes. Dinner:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Great Value Bran Flakes Cereal, Metamucil Multihealth Fiber, Mission Avocado,  Nachos with Beef, Beans, Cheese, Tomatoes, Sour Cream and Onions. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein) , Kroger M&M Cookie,  Bananas , Pure Heart Seedless Watermelon, Chocolate Cupcake with Icing or Filling. more...
