I was shocked yesterday when the scale said I had gained 3 lbs.... and now this morning I weigh myself and I am down 8...lol So I reflected on how the heck that was possible and realize that I have been weighing myself in heavier clothing than usual... LOL. (Boots, jeans ..etc.) today I have on a sundress.... who new clothes could weigh that much...
239.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yea, clothes can make a big difference. To get the most accurate gauge of weight loss, it's best to use same scale (always in the same place), same clothes, same time of day, etc. I like in the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. All the food you eat and drink all day adds water weight. Many things effect the scale such as too much sodium the night before, medications, sickness, inflammation, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Our weight can actually shift hourly. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.
