Yea, clothes can make a big difference. To get the most accurate gauge of weight loss, it's best to use same scale (always in the same place), same clothes, same time of day, etc. I like in the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. All the food you eat and drink all day adds water weight. Many things effect the scale such as too much sodium the night before, medications, sickness, inflammation, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Our weight can actually shift hourly.
