Getting ready to go to work. Two challenges in progress. Doing very well in one. For the first one since I started when I was on Atkins reflects my weight for when I switched to 5:2. So I'm still down 3.2lbs. So I still have 16.8lbs to go to complete the Lbs Falling Off Challenge. I'm begining the 5:2 Diet Challenge Today which focuses on following the diet but especially on not GORGING on the up days. That's what drew me to this challenge. That's something I need to focus on. But I must say that following the fast have help with giant weight swings. I can literally gain 6 0r more lbs in a week when I go absolutely crazy. Thanks to Fatsecret I see what's going on. New measurements 36 3/4 waist 39 3/4 Bust 39 3/4 Hips 120/82 Blood Pressure 69 Heart Rate. Left Following Diet Reasonably Well because I kept my fast days. And so on a personal level I feel good. I'll update more later time to go. OOPS I'm a little late.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
