i think my previous weigh in might have been inaccurate.... 😔
239.0 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 August 2020:
1437 kcal Fat: 56.74g | Prot: 111.97g | Carb: 122.44g.   Breakfast: PnP Double Cream Yoghurt Plain, Jungle Muesli Mixed Berries. Lunch: Lancewood Low Fat Chunky Cottage Cheese with Chives,  Fried Onions,  Green Leaf Lettuce ,  Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless) , Albany Wholegrain Brown Bread. Dinner:  Cooked Pumpkin (Fat Added in Cooking), Woolworths Cauliflower & Broccoli with Cheese Sauce,  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream (Flavors Other Than Chocolate). more...
