I had a stressful night. I have a lot on my plate right now that is causing stress. I need to find something to help with reduction of stress. I spent the night writing a paper in my head. I think I had my shoulders to my ears because my neck is kinked. I need to find a good massage therapist. Luckily I have heating pad. On to another day, maybe more yoga today.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
